In July 2017, BioPhorum published the Biomanufacturing Technology Roadmap first edition. The intent was to initiate a dialogue between key industry players, including biopharmaceutical manufacturers, the supplier community, academia, and government regulators in the pre-competitive space and to work towards achieving a more efficient industry in which important therapeutics would be delivered with greater certainty, speed, and quality to patients, in a more cost-effective manner.
